Throughout the years that I have spent working I have noticed that I have had a really big passion for leadership. That is not just to lead people and to tell them what to do but mostly because as a leader I get to see how people grow and develop their attributes and become better employees every day. Along with that I love leadership because of the training aspect that comes with it and learning how to work with people to achieve specific goals and to take the company to the next level of efficiency. 

When I think of ION and the opportunities that it brings to people, I can’t help but feel excited. I think the opportunities that it brings to the energy industry are amazing and the fact that it is helping to keep the world clean from using fossil fuels one house at a time is great.  You could say it is saving the world one house at a time. With that said I would love to join the management team and help out with saving the world one house at a time. I believe I would be a great addition to the team because I would help drive that vision and help build a team that would be invested in that vision as well.
